CORNERSTONE INTERNATIONAL GROUP EXPANDS AGAIN

June 10, 2014 by jpcornerstone Leave a Comment

ATHENS, Greece.  June 4, 2014 — Global retained search specialist Cornerstone International Group will add five new offices in 2014, it was confirmed today. The news followed the group’s annual global conference which wound up at nearby Cape Sounio over the weekend.

A fourth office in India was opened recently in Pune and also the 6th office in Canada was open recently in Vancouver.  Additional 3 offices are scheduled for Geneva, Prague and Saskatoon.

The additions will bring the total number of office locations to 73 in 41 countries.

“We are building the global capability consistently,” said Chairman Simon Wan.  “Membership standards are high because we believe the future of senior level recruitment requires not only a global footprint but a common standard of very high quality service.”

Cornerstone International Group is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the official body responsible for the Code of Ethics governing retained executive search firms worldwide.

Much of the annual conference was taken up with discussions of best practices and global work sharing between members on behalf of large multinational corporations.   All Cornerstone members have advanced expertise in executive search and most also offer related services in senior management coaching  and CEO advisory services.

“A lot of interest was shown during the conference in CEO peer services,” added Wan. “We have developed a concept in our China offices for regular meetings of business leaders as the basis of a CEO peer network.  It has drawn a lot of attention and I think will be equally successful in other countries.”

Cornerstone International Group maintains head offices in Shanghai, China and Atlanta, USA.
